Tasks
As the Marketing and Sales working student at CONROO, you will get an opportunity to grow, learn, and play a pivotal role in driving our marketing and sales efforts while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our team to create content, manage marketing efforts, and support sales initiatives, contributing directly to the growth of the company.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and informative content for our social media platforms, fairs, website and expositions to increase our brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Social Media Management: Manage and curate content for LinkedIn and support in planning and scheduling social media posts, monitor engagement, and contribute to building a strong online presence.
- Event Management: Coordinate and assist with event preparation, planning, and execution.
- Corporate Identity: Ensure a consistent corporate identity across all channels, aligning content and visuals with our brand guidelines.
- Lead Generation: Support with identifying & qualifying potential leads through research, outreach, and cold calling efforts.Sales Support: Assist with customer outreach to introduce our product, highlight our value proposition, and follow up to nurture relationships and drive sales growth.

Requirements
Essential skills and experiences:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, logistics, sales and marketing, or a related field, with above-average academic results
- Native German speaker is a must-have, with fluent English proficiency to ensure effective communication
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging content for various platforms
- Basic knowledge of graphic design
- Exceptional time management, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides
