• Collaborate closely with the founding team to develop and launch new business areas from the ground up.
• Identify, evaluate, and propose strategic growth opportunities and untapped market potentials.
• Conduct in-depth analyses and prepare comprehensive decision-making frameworks for the founding team.
• Develop innovative strategies and actionable proposals to elevate our operations and expand our market presence.
• Oversee and optimize the execution of marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Drive the company’s growth by supporting and leading cross-departmental initiatives and fostering collaboration within and across teams.
• Continuously scout for new trends and technologies to keep our offerings at the forefront of the logistics and IT sectors.

• You are a student or graduate with above-average results.
• Ideally, you have already gained initial professional or internship experience in the areas of start-ups, logistics, business development or finance.
• You are empathetic, communicative, enjoy working in a team and want to make a difference.
• You are quick on the uptake and have strong analytical and organisational skills.
• You have a results-orientated, structured and independent way of working.
• You are fluent in English and German.
• A “never-stop-learning” attitude and a desire to learn and grow.
