Working Student (m/w/d)

How do you create impact at CONROO?

As a Working Student, you will have the opportunity to support us in one or several of the following business areas:

Marketing & Sales

• Conduct market research and lead the execution of strategic sales projects
• Prepare and create marketing and sales materials, including pitches and social media posts
• Ensure a consistent corporate identity across formats and channels

Operations & HR

• Engage with our users, understand their needs and problems, and provide insights into our products
• Delve into our product and propose enhancements by collaborating closely with our sales and tech teams
• Assist with human resources topics, including writing and publishing job postings, and screening potential candidates

Product & Tech

• Support with creating and maintaining the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities based on customer needs and business objectives
• Work closely with the development team and make sure the deliverables are meeting acceptance criteria and business objectives
• Assist in the implementation of agile project management frameworks

Finance & Accounting

• Assist with daily accounting tasks and contribute to the monthly account closing process
• Optimize the organization, processes, and systems in the finance area by driving digitalization and automation
• Further develop accounting, controlling and management systems

The list of tasks is not limited, and there are various directions and projects where you might be involved, allowing you to expand your skills and contribute to diverse initiatives within the company.

What do you need to succeed?

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, information technology, logistics, sales & marketing or another related field
• Ideally, initial practical experience through internships or working student positions in startups
• Exceptional time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Interest and passion for technology and logistics
• Continuous learning mindset with a strong desire for personal and professional growth
• Proficient in German (C2 level or native fluency)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
