Trading System Engineer OMS

Define and streamline IT processes within order routing and trading systems / Maintain and enhance the order management system including processes on platforms such as Front Arena OMNI/AMS and Avaloq / Implement and develop new integrations, market connectivity and functionalities within the trading system / Configuration, Implementation and testing of new functionalities to support evolving business needs / Optimization of system performance and improvement of system stability and promotion of automation / Development and maintenance of detailed documentation for configurations, processes and updates / Improvement of services or implementation of new requirements.

Master's or Bachelor's degree in IT or Engineering / Work experience in a bank IT trading environment / Knowledge of trading products such as equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX) / Experience with FIX protocol, TLS, and encryption / Interest in FIS Front Arena trading systems and/or Avaloq / Interest in strong process analysis / Critical thinking and problem solving skills / Hands-on approach / Interest in developing trading system functionalities / Proactive working style / Excellent communication and interpersonal skills / Proficiency in MS Office and a flair for IT / German and English.
