Tasks

What you can do for a difference:

Collaborate cross-functionally with local sales and support teams, product management, engineering, and corporate R&D to ensure product development aligns with technical requirements and industry needs.
Drive business development by identifying market trends, defining new products, and establishing roadmaps that maximize sales and expand market share.
Monitor industry news and the competitive landscape to analyze market data and identify product opportunities, particularly in etching and dry deposition semiconductor equipment and processes.
Shape the R&D roadmap in close collaboration with product management by defining future technology requirements and aligning them with market trends and technical advancements.
Identify and clarify technical requirements and product specifications in technology review meetings, ensuring they meet the evolving demands of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
Support marketing strategy execution through technical marketing campaigns that highlight product innovation and applications in etching and dry deposition technologies.
Conduct regular training sessions for sales teams and Field Application Engineers (FAEs) to ensure they are up-to-date with product advancements and market trends.

Requirements

What you can bring on board:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in sciences, engineering, or a related field.
Profound knowledge of semiconductor equipment and advanced chip manufacturing processes, including etching and dry deposition.
Demonstrated success in business development and application expertise within the semiconductor industry.
Experience managing advanced technology projects within a global matrix organization, catering to a global customer base.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to diverse audiences.
Fluent English proficiency for effective international collaboration.
