Your Tasks:

• Collaborates cross-functionally with local sales and support teams, product management, engineering, and corporate R&D, focusing particularly on the semiconductor sector, to ensure alignment with specific customer requirements in this rapidly evolving semiconductor industry.
• Leads business development efforts within the semiconductor realm by identifying emerging trends relevant to chip manufacturing, defining new products and roadmaps, and aiming to maximize sales and market share in this critical area.
• Monitors industry news and competitive landscape in the semiconductor industry, analyzes market data to uncover new product opportunities, and acts decisively on technical matters, particularly identifying future trends in semiconductor processes and equipment.
• Drives the development of future technology requirements specific to the semiconductor sector and actively contributes to shaping the R&D roadmap in collaboration with product management, emphasizing innovations that align with industry needs.
• Identifies and clarifies customer technical requirements in the semiconductor field, understanding specific product needs, and participating in technology review meetings focused on semiconductor applications.
• Supports the execution of marketing strategies and technical marketing campaigns tailored to the semiconductor industry.
• Leads and conducts regular sales and Field Application Engineer (FAE) training sessions, with a special focus on equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary for the semiconductor market.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in sciences, engineering, or a related field
• Extensive expertise in semiconductor equipment and cutting-edge chip manufacturing processes
• Proven track record of driving business development and application proficiency in the semiconductor industry
• Capability to oversee advanced technology projects within a global matrix organization for international clients
• Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, both verbally and in writing, with strong presentation abilities
• Fluency in English
