Join our team as an Entrepreneur in Residence and make an impact from day one.

This is your chance to work directly with Fabian, our founder, gaining unfiltered exposure to what it takes to build and scale a startup. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping company strategy, streamlining operations, and driving key strategic initiatives that fuel growth.

What would your day-to-day look like?

• Partner with our founder on strategy & execution: Collaborate closely with our founder on key business strategies and growth initiatives. Help shape the future of Cleverep and influence high-impact decisions.
• Optimize & scale operations: Find and fix inefficiencies in Customer Success and Sales. Design scalable workflows and document processes to ensure seamless execution as we grow.
• Manage strategic projects: Oversee cross-functional strategic projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, with a focus on achieving company goals.
• Data analysis & performance tracking: Monitor company performance and conduct data analysis to provide actionable insights that inform key strategic decisions.

Must-haves:

• MBA student with prior experience in startups, investment banking, or management consulting.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with measurable impact.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset: you’re comfortable analyzing data, identifying insights, and making decisions that matter.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial attitude: you see opportunities and take initiative.
• Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) or automation software.
• Familiarity with high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in German is a plus.
