citPEAK is extending their team in Cairo with a Customer Success Manager - German Account.

Tasks

  • Advice and support users after they become customers.
  • Proactively demonstrate possible use cases and best practices.
  • Provide Technical and Product Support.
  • Responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty with existing customers.
  • Be the interface between existing customers and sales teams.

Requirements

  • C1/C2 German language proficiency is a must.
  • Possess a sales-oriented, sociable, and adaptable personality.
  • Strong PC user skills.
  • Ability to learn independently and demonstrate self-motivation.
  • Experience in conducting business conversations over the phone and attracting new customers.
  • A basic understanding of software products and business processes is a plus.
