CHRONEXT is the first e-commerce address for luxury watches. We offer tested and certified luxury watches from our master workshop. Since 2013, our vision has been to shape the market with accessibility, first-class service and security. Our international lounges in Cologne, Zug and Hong Kong offer international presence.
As part of our international team of around 80 people, you will work in our shop-in-shop concept in the Trisor location in Stuttgart and represent CHRONEXT in the region.
Our mission is to create transparency, trust and joy for all watch lovers!

Become a part of CHRONEXT from January/2024 in full-time, initially limited for one year, and work within the Trisor location in Stuttgart for our team!

CLIENT ADVISOR (M/F/D)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You are responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of personal customer appointments for the handover of luxury watches and represent CHRONEXT in the Trisor sales area
  • You answer inquiries from our customers throughout the sales and consulting process and handle multi-channel communication with our customers via phone, email, chat, Whatsapp and Instagram
  • You are responsible for the competent sale of the CHRONEXT portfolio and ensure smooth operational and administrative processes (e.g. organization of the customer life cycle)
  • You handle the shipping of our luxury watches and are a competent contact person for our customers on site
  • You work closely with CHRONEXT's operational interface teams and are in proactive exchange with these teams

    YOUR PROFILE - WHAT COUNTS FOR US IS WHAT MAKES YOU TICK

  • You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in retail or a degree and have at least 2 years of experience in customer service/sales/client advisory
  • You are communicative and passionate about helping customers make purchasing decisions in a confident, professional and charming manner
  • You work independently, describe yourself as a real team player and are characterized by a conscientious and prudent way of working
  • Ideally, you have already worked with a ticketing or CRM system such as FreshDesk or similar and speak fluent English as well as German; other languages are a plus
  • You are passionate about luxury watches and want to create an unforgettable sales experience for our customers
  • You can identify with our business values You are ambitious, empathetic, committed, have a high service orientation, always work attentively and are characterized by an entrepreneurial mind-set
