Tasks

Vendor Relationship & Outreach

  • Identify and maintain contacts at each partner organization, from PMS providers to analytics tools.
  • Schedule regular calls to obtain API docs, sandbox credentials, SLAs, and support contacts.

Technical Discovery & Documentation

  • Deep-dive into partner APIs (REST/SOAP, OAuth, webhooks), edge cases, rate limits and auth methods.
  • Produce clear integration specs: user stories, acceptance criteria, data mappings, and security requirements.

Developer Enablement

  • Provision environments, share endpoints and credentials securely, and verify access in staging.
  • Work closely with Engineering to clarify questions and unblock development.

Project Management & Launch

  • Create and own the integration project plan: timelines, milestones, UAT, rollback strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Customer Success) to ensure smooth go-live.

Post-Launch Support & Enablement

  • Develop internal runbooks and customer-facing guides for each integration.
  • Act as tier-1 support for integration questions, troubleshooting and feature requests.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

  • Track integration health and adoption metrics; identify and drive enhancements.
  • Feed back learnings to Product to prioritize new partners and features.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in a technical partner-facing, product or integration role, ideally in hospitality SaaS.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret API documentation (REST/SOAP, OAuth, webhooks).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you bridge non-technical vendors, engineers and end users seamlessly.
  • Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience with Postman/Swagger, and project-tracking tools (Jira, Asana).
  • Bonus: Familiarity with GDPR compliance and hospitality systems (PMS, CRS, channel managers).
