YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Critical Facility Technician, you together with your team are responsible to ensure that electrical and mechanical maintenance works, inspections & building related installations are delivered on our contracted sites in the Brussels area. Your main tasks include the following:

• Conduct daily (mechanical / electrical) inspection tours on our sites / facilities
• Deliver mechanical and/or electrical maintenance works as well as installations
• Performing repairs and renovations where necessary
• Test the HVAC installations and/or electrical installations after completion of the work
• Manage service-related administration

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed vocational training in a relevant technical discipline (Electrician / Mechanical / HVAC, etc.) or equivalent
• In addition, you have VCA and NEN3140 (or you are willing to obtain them in the short term). Knowledge of refrigeration technology would be a plus
• You have initial experience with maintenance and repair work + knowledge of electrical/mechanical installations, preferrably in critical environments
• Reliable and solution-oriented personality with a strong eye for quality & service delivery
• Good understanding of technical installations and the openess to constantly develop your skills further
• Ability to work shifts
• Proven Teamplayer with an inquisitive mindset
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work
