About the job

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Operations Intern to join our team and support our 2025 programs. This role directly contributes to improved customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The intern will focus on managing and maintaining operational excellence, specifically through uploading Help Center content, supporting project coordination, and driving process improvements. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while working on impactful projects.
What you’ll do
- Content Management:
- Support uploading and maintaining Help Center (HC) articles and canned responses (macros) in Kustomer. Uploading accurate content is crucial to our projects' success, as it directly supports the learning and optimization of LLM models used in our customer service operations
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather and implement feedback on content improvements.
- Project Coordination and Support:
- Support the alignment of project timelines, deliverables, identifying roadblocks, and stakeholder communications.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to track progress and gather requirements for ongoing projects.
- Metrics Tracking and Reporting:
- Assist in tracking performance indicators (e.g., escalation volumes, resolution times).
- Support the team in analyzing data for efficiency improvements and generating actionable insights.
Who you are
- A proactive and motivated individual with a "get-it-done" mentality who thrives in a dynamic and rapidly scaling environment.
- Passionate about operational efficiency and technology-driven solutions to support process optimization.
- An excellent communicator (verbal and written in English) who can coordinate across teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented, with a knack for spotting gaps and suggesting improvements.
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems, workflows, and tools.
- Interest or background in project coordination, data reporting, or customer operations is desirable.
- You are available for a 6 month-period.
In order to be considered for this internship, you need to be registered as a student in a Dutch university during the entire internship period. A tri-party agreement will be requested.

This role is based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, with remote working 3 days a week.

Our Offices and Way of Working
Our vibrant offices in Amsterdam, Paris and Lisbon are designed to inspire and connect. Most Catawikians are within commuting distance of one of our offices and enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work model. This means we typically ask you to be in the office 2 out of 5 days, roughly 40% of your working time, to collaborate and connect with your colleagues. Of course, if the job description specifies that the role is 100% remote—such as for certain expert or sales positions—then that arrangement will apply.
