We are looking for an experienced physician specializing in General or Internal Medicine (or a related field) to join our team immediately. This role offers the potential to take on a key position in our fast-growing and ambitious company.

With CARE’s digital health platform, we offer scalable solutions that go far beyond traditional preventive care. Our app enables continuous health monitoring, supports self-management, and promotes a healthy lifestyle. Regular health check-ups and risk factor analyses help detect potential issues early and reduce long-term healthcare costs.

Tasks

  • Provide independent medical care to outpatients in accordance with the latest medical standards and evidence-based guidelines
  • Conduct comprehensive medical review, age-appropriate laboratory diagnostics, and interpret diagnostic results (e.g., blood pressure measurements, ECG, etc.)
  • Assess and triage patients based on established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best industry practices
  • Offer personalized guidance on preventive measures, lifestyle changes, and health-promoting strategies to support long-term well-being
  • Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative healthcare products and digital solutions that enhance medical care
  • Contribute to the advancement of telemedicine by integrating cutting-edge technologies and continuously optimizing treatment processes

Requirements

  • Board-certified physician in General Internal Medicine or a related specialty (e.g., Endocrinology, Cardiology, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French; proficiency in German is a plus
  • Swiss medical license is a requirement
  • Strong expertise and keen interest in preventive medicine, particularly in cardiometabolic prevention, lipidology, and lifestyle medicine
  • Additional background in sports medicine, nutritional medicine, or functional medicine is a plus

  • Several years of clinical experience, demonstrating confidence and expertise in patient care
  • Strong affinity for modern technologies, including complex IT systems, telemedicine, and AI-powered applications

  • Independent, self-driven working style with an entrepreneurial mindset and a talent for developing innovative solutions
  • A responsible and committed personality with strong social skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
