Technical Sales Support - Shenzhen based
This is a remote role based in Shenzhen, China
Tasks
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and implement business development initiatives for domestic and overseas audio brands
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners (SoC, ODM, IDH) to provide tailored solutions and ensure positive experiences
- Serve as a liaison between customers/partners and the product development/ R&D team, incorporating feedback into future products and solutions
- Conduct market research to track industry trends and competitors
- Provide technical support and expertise during the sales and business development process, including product demonstrations, reports, technical presentations, and training sessions
- Travel within Dongguan, China, and occasionally internationally for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
Requirements
- +3 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably in the audio or consumer electronics industry
- Strong technical knowledge of embedded systems, hardware / software technologies and manufacturing processes in the audio or consumer electronics domain
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ideally, you have experience in sales within the consumer electronics value chain (ODM, IDH, semiconductor company)
- Native Mandarin speaker, fluent in English
