We are Hiring Post Booking agents!
We are looking for a Post-Booking Agent to join our dynamic team! If you have strong communication skills, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a structured workflow, this role is for you.
Tasks
- Communicate with clients over the phone and email, ensuring a smooth experience after booking.
- Manage post-booking situations, resolving any issues efficiently and professionally.
- Follow company workflows and guidelines as outlined by the manager.
- Ensure all assigned tasks and projects are completed in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with charter partners and internal teams to provide seamless customer service.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (work language).
- Any additional language is a bonus (German, Italian, Spanish, etc.).
- Comfortable handling client interactions over the phone.
- Strong problem-solving and resolution management abilities.
- Ability to follow structured workflows and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in customer service, travel, or charter industries is a plus.
- Based in Athens, Greece.
