**The Global Head of Growth and Marketing will lead Borrow A Boat’s growth strategy, combining data-driven decision-making with creative marketing approaches to scale our user base and drive global expansion. This is a pivotal role for a highly analytical and innovative marketer who thrives on driving measurable impact and leading high-performing teams.**

## Tasks

**Growth Strategy and Execution**

*   Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to achieve aggressive user acquisition, retention, and revenue goals.
*   Identify and optimize growth channels, including paid media, SEO, content marketing, partnerships, email marketing, and social media.
*   Leverage analytics and customer insights to identify bottlenecks in the customer journey and improve conversion rates.

**Brand Marketing and Communications**

*   Define and strengthen Borrow A Boat’s brand identity and positioning in the market.
*   Create integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and elevate the brand across digital, offline, and experiential channels.
*   Analyse the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports

**Leadership and Team Management**

*   Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing and growth team.
*   Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
*   Partner with product, operations, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

**Data-Driven Decision Making**

*   Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure ROI across marketing and growth initiatives.
*   Create/manage dashboards and reports to communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders.
*   Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to maintain Borrow A Boat’s competitive edge.

## Requirements

*   **Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related roles, ideally in a marketplace, travel, or e-commerce business.**
*   **Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute scalable growth strategies.**
*   **Analytical Skills: Expertise in using data and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) to measure performance and inform decisions.**
*   **Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media platforms.**
*   **Creativity: A flair for innovative campaigns and brand storytelling.**
*   **Leadership: Experience building and leading teams, with a focus on driving results and professional development.**
*   **Communication: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.**
