• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and understand business needs and objectives;
• Translate business requirements into detailed, clear, and actionable documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, etc.);
• Work closely with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions;
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and help validate that delivered solutions meet business expectations;
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and provide insights based on data and industry knowledge;
• Ensure that proposed solutions comply with relevant regulations, particularly in compliance and banking contexts;
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users.

• 3 to 4+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst;
• Solid understanding of banking, financial services, or compliance processes and regulations;
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Proficient in preparing business and functional documentation, user stories, and process flows;
• Skilled in gathering and validating business requirements with stakeholders;
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus;
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
• Must be based in Portugal.
