Airtable Developer

We are looking for an Airtable Developer responsible for managing tables, workflows, development, and API integrations.

• Manage and develop Airtable solutions, including table structuring, workflow automation, and integrations
• Develop and integrate APIs to ensure smooth data exchange between platforms
• Assist in some transitions from Airtable to Odoo, ensuring data integrity and process optimization
• Analyze and optimize workflows, identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements
• Provide technical support and documentation for internal teams regarding Airtable and Odoo usage
• Collaborate with a multicultural team and communicate effectively with international clients (mainly Dutch and German)

• Experience with Airtable, including:

✅ Customizable Tables & Views – Create and structure data in grid, calendar, Kanban, or gallery views;
✅ Workflow Automation – Automate repetitive tasks and workflows with triggers and actions;
✅ API & Integrations – Connect Airtable with other apps like Slack, Zapier, Google Workspace, and more;
✅ Collaboration Tools – Share tables, assign tasks, and work in real time with teams
✅ Data Linking & Relationships – Establish connections between records in different tables, like a relational database.

• Knowledge of Odoo is a plus.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, with occasional office visits in Lisbon.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Comfortable working in a team with Portuguese and Brazilian colleagues.
• Experience with international clients.
