Project Manager (Infrastructure/Network) - PORTUGAL (Full remote)

Lead and manage infrastructure and network-related projects from initiation through to successful delivery.

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget management.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, network engineers, and external vendors, to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring alignment with established objectives and KPIs.

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on project delivery.

Manage project documentation, ensuring all deliverables are well-documented and meet required standards.

Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and expectations are properly set and met.

Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and ensure effective communication across teams.

Ensure compliance with all company standards and best practices in project management.

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on infrastructure or network projects.

Proven experience working with Active Directory (AD) in a project management context.

Strong knowledge of infrastructure and network technologies, including but not limited to servers, networking, and cloud solutions.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to adapt to changing requirements or priorities.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams and stakeholders.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.

PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
