Are you a data enthusiast with a knack for creating efficient dashboards, debugging complex issues, and building scalable data pipelines? Join our dynamic team as a Data Analyst and become a key contributor to our mission of driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

As part of the Information Systems Division (ISD), you will:

• Implement IT tools and statistical methods to organize, synthesize, and translate data into actionable insights.
• Provide analytical support for complex data exploration and analysis.
• Create and industrialize processes for extracting meaningful data.
• Manage operations, data architecture, and database administration to ensure consistent performance.

Deliverables

• Support data-related activities across multiple teams.
• Debug and resolve issues collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Build dashboards and scalable data pipelines.

Project Streams

• Collaborate with development teams to integrate IT-side projects and enhance Power BI dashboarding capabilities.
• Work with business analysts to bring corporate dashboards into production.
• Define scopes and execute technical integration projects across the company.
• Address change requests and tickets related to dashboards and semantic layers.

Team Composition

• Work closely with a Product Owner, Data Lead, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists.

Technical Skills

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in data analysis/analytics.
• BigQuery: Proficient (Required).
• Power BI: Proficient (Required).
• ServiceNow: Competent (Desirable).
• Looker ML: Competent (Nice to have).

Language Proficiency

• English: Professional level (Required).
• French: Elementary level (Desirable).

Deliverables & Performance Indicators

• Develop structured data models and algorithms/statistical methods.
• Respond effectively to business queries, meeting performance targets.
