• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for the SAP APO system.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP APO modules to optimize supply chain processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP APO-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to facilitate effective utilization of the SAP APO system.
• Perform regular system maintenance and upgrades to ensure the SAP APO system remains up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.

• Demand Management and Forecasting, Supply / Demand analysis and assessment (MRP / MPS / VMI, etc. ).
• Incidentology and requests;
• Support and resolution of incidents (mainly corrective maintenance) of level 2 & 3 of a critical and/or complex nature;
• Realization of complex or non-industrialized Request Services;
• Writing procedures (incidents and Services Request) allowing their execution by level 2 teams.
• Animation of transfer sessions at level 2;
• Contribute to the reduction of the backlog and the improvement of the Service (Continuous Service Improvement).
• Monitoring and resolution of problems;
• Enhancement: Analysis of needs, design of the solution, quotation and implementation of developments according to agreed priorities and respecting the ‘change management’ process; SAP/APO is used for Demand Planning (DP) and Global Available To Promise (GATP); potential opportunity to learn about others solutions such OMP planning, VMI software. work mode: hybrid; English mandatory
