About the role
As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our affiliate marketing program. You will work closely with affiliate partners to drive customer acquisition and revenue, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships and the successful promotion of our gaming product and services.

Responsibilities
- Develop and Nurture Affiliate Relationships:
- Strengthen existing affiliate partnerships and ensure their ongoing success.
- Acquire new affiliates and establish long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Affiliate Onboarding & Campaign Management:
- Onboard new affiliates, providing the necessary resources and support to kick-start campaigns.
- Collaborate with operators to design and execute effective promotional campaigns.
- Content Creation & Quality Assurance:
- Create engaging, informative, and compelling content tailored to affiliates and players.
- Edit and proofread all written content to ensure high quality and alignment with brand voice before publication.
- Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Build strong internal relationships to ensure seamless coordination across departments (e.g., marketing, product, and operations) to optimize affiliate marketing strategies.
- Market Research & Industry Awareness:
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and maintain a competitive edge.
- Continuously update and enhance your knowledge of the iGaming affiliate marketing landscape.
- Content Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of affiliate content, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and growth.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the affiliate program and company objectives.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition and increasing revenue via affiliate channels in a competitive market.
- Proven experience in managing affiliate programs in the iGaming industry, with a focus on slot games.
- Analytical mindset
- Strong understanding of the iGaming industry, specifically in B2B relationships and slot game development trends
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage affiliate relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
- Strong ability to analyze data and performance reports, turning insights into actionable strategies for improving affiliate results.
- Effective conflict resolution skills
