Tasks
Your responsibilities and impact as a Coffee Brand Support Specialist will be:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice or digital platforms, addressing their needs and inquiries
- Provide a personalized and professional approach to communication, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer issues efficiently through First Contact Resolution, minimizing the need for follow-ups
Requirements
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- French (native level) and English (B2 level minimum)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and approach based on customer needs.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
