What You’ll Do as a Recruitment Consultant

From day one, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a high-quality experience for both clients and candidates. Your key responsibilities include:

• Understanding client needs: Analyze job requirements and develop strategic hiring plans.
• Sourcing top talent: Use innovative channels and our extensive network to find candidates.
• Advertising roles: Craft job ads that attract the right profiles.
• Candidate engagement: Interview, qualify, and guide candidates throughout their journey.
• Network building: Create and nurture your own talent pool.
• Follow-up: Stay connected to support candidates in their career paths.
• Project involvement: Lead or contribute to various recruitment and business initiatives.
