Customer Representative for Holiday Rental Company (German Speaker)

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Representative will be:

• Provide friendly and efficient service to customers.
• Be first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints and queries
• Investigate, identify and escalate issues appropriately
• Capturing data in the CRM system
• Being proactive
• Improving customer satisfaction
• Achieve high customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• A fluent command of the German language and a C1 level of the English language
• Experience in a call center is a plus
• Articulate and communicative
• Be a real team player and committed to your work
• Enthusiastic about intercultural communication and the expat lifestyle
• Living in or willing to move to Greece for an international career and life experience
