## Tasks

**Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Representative will be:**

*   Provide friendly and efficient service to customers
*   Be first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints and queries
*   Investigate, identify and escalate issues appropriately
*   Capturing data in the CRM system
*   Being proactive
*   Improving customer satisfaction
*   Achieve high customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.

## Requirements

**Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:**

*   A fluent command of the German language and a C1 level of the English language
*   Experience in a call center is a plus
*   Articulate and communicative
*   Be a real team player and committed to your work
*   Enthusiastic about intercultural communication and the expat lifestyle
*   Living in or willing to move to Greece for an international career and life experience
