Customer Service for Banking Sector (Dutch/Flemish Speaker)

Are you prepared to be the crucial link in the Talk & Help Desk, assisting clients with inquiries about their cards, accounts, payments, and fraud while meticulously following procedures?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Customer Service Representative!

Your responsibilities and impact working as a Customer Service Representative will be:

• Handle client inquiries, technical complaints, and questions related to online banking and the phone app
• Provide end-to-end solutions for technical questions
• Assist clients with questions about their cards, accounts, payment status, and fraud while adhering to specific procedures
• Utilize call and email channels to assist clients

• Fulltime rotative shifts, Mon-Fr from 09:00 - 18:00 and weekends from 9:00 - 17:00. 5 days a week, 2 weekends a month.

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• A native level of Dutch and a good level of English
• Having interest in the banking sector.
• Being an attentive listener, comfortable and skilful at communicating with people

• Being able to handle sensitive data reliably.
