German Customer Service Agent in Budapest

Your responsibilities and impact working as a Customer Service Agent will be:

• Assist customers with troubleshooting, offering guidance on technical issues and usability questions.
• Manage objections and complaints effectively.
• Respond to pre-sale inquiries regarding products and technology.
• Manage and prevent escalations by logging necessary details for second-line review.
• Suggest improvements to increase first contact resolution.

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

A native-level proficiency in German and a minimum C1 level of English
Living in or willing to relocate to Budapest for an international career and life experience
Motivation and commitment to perform the assigned tasks effectively

• Working hours: full time (40h/week) Monday – Friday, 09:00-17:30

• The training period is fully paid and will be included in your contract. The contract start date will align with your first day of training.
