1. Regularly plan in-app activities and initiatives designed for the family user
   structure to stimulate user participation
2. Establish and develop understandings from our users; leverage communications to
   improve user experience and increase user growth
3. Communicate and establish relationships with family leaders of various levels

4. Expand family user group participation and grow existing participation rates

5. Work cross-collaboratively to ensure monthly revenue targets are met

6. Data analysis of family activities and interaction behavior to provide weekly
insights to management; leveraging these insights to drive the business forward

• Proficient in English and German.
• Skilled use Office, can use Word Excel, and PPT for operational analysis and reporting
• Team-oriented, motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic
  environment. Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and
  deliver results
• Flexibility with night shifts
