Founder's Associate

Bifrost Studios has launched a venture studio that builds FinTech solutions for the global investment industry, including hedge funds, asset managers, and banks. We have partnered with a leading investment research and data firm who have direct access to 55 of the world’s 100 largest investment firms.

This role reports directly to the CEO, a highly successful Founder with a background from distinguished ventures and companies like McKinsey and Rocket Internet.

As the Founder’s Associate to the CEO you will be an integral part of building up a successful venture studio in the hedge fund & investment industry. Your responsibilities will include:

• Take critical responsibilities and tasks off the CEO’s plate. Own these tasks end-to-end and deliver with a high level of accuracy, allowing the CEO to stay focused on strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to exploring new product opportunities in the investment problem space. Conduct customer interviews, perform market research, and manage external collaborators or freelancers to bring new ideas to life.
• Build and refine our core business processes, including business reporting, finance, and goal-setting systems. Ensure operational efficiency and implement structures that enable the company to scale effectively.
• Lead and coordinate high-level projects in areas such as fundraising and business development. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to push strategic initiatives forward and meet key milestones.

• 3–5 years in a high-performance environment (e.g., consulting, banking, or a fintech startup), with a proven ability to drive positive business outcomes independently.
• Strong analytical capabilities, enabling quick problem-solving and strategic thinking.
• Deep understanding and passion for the investment space, with knowledge of market dynamics.
• Demonstrated track record of full ownership over processes, from ideation through execution.
• Excellent proficiency in PPT, Excel, and project management, with ability to build compelling storylines and presentations.
• Experience in a venture studio, accelerator, incubator or similar is a plus

The process:

1. 30 minute screening call

2. 45 minute interview with the CEO

3. Psychometric Testing & Case Assessment

4. 1 hour in-person interview with the CEO and relevant stakeholders

5. Offer & Hire
