At Bifrost Studios we are on a mission to build or buy 100 businesses every year. We do this through a venture studio model and partnership with exceptional entrepreneurs. In the past 14 months we have taken 15 startups to market with high capital efficiency.

The situation

We launched Bifrost Studios one year ago. Today we have a world-class core team, seven partnerships with proven entrepreneurs, and a platform capable of finding the right business ideas, making them real, and bringing them to market with speed.

Right now, we are at an inflection point. AI-development tools are making it possible to turn ideas into products in a matter of hours or days. With our resources, product, and go-to-market capabilities this puts us in the hurricane’s eye of a generational opportunity. Whereas it will take others months or years to catch up, we have everything needed to find the right ideas and commercialize them.

As the Engineering Lead at Bifrost Studios you will be big part of turning ideas into sellable products as fast as possible with full technical ownership.

The role

We are looking for a highly skilled and entrepreneurial engineer to join our team of proven company builders.

You will work closely with the Chief Product Officer and the Head of Go-to-Market. Specifically, responsibilities include:

• Turn ideas into fully functional and sellable products
• Own everything related to MVP development, working closely with Product and Go-to-Market
• Optimizing Bifrost Studios’ MVP development process for speed by maximizing the use of AI tools like lovable, replit, cursor, bolt, or any new tools that may bring down the cost and time of building software
• Solve for the technical scalability with AI or hiring and onboarding developers as the products gain commercial traction
• Be an integral part of accelerating our mission towards building 100 businesses every year

The role

• Champion Bifrost Studios’ development process, optimizing it for learning and speed by maximizing the use of AI tools like lovable, replit, cursor, bolt, or any new tools that may bring down the cost and time of building software
• Solve for the technical scalability with AI or hiring and onboarding developers as the products gain commercial traction and is ready to be spun out as a separate company
• Help build a strong engineering practice and community across
• Be an integral part of accelerating our mission towards building 100 businesses every year

We are looking for

• Full stack engineer with min. 5 years experience building software products (any tech stack)
• You are a super-user of AI tools to build products
• You have experience from a fast-paced environment, e.g. from your own startup or a growing business
• You have a strong bias towards getting products in the hands of users as fast as possible
• You are not scared of our mission to build 100 companies a year within the next couple of years
