Fullstack Developer

BeInCrypto's engineering team is looking for a Fullstack Developer with a strong backend focus to join us. The core of this role is backend development in Rust and Python-based automation — building reliable services, automation pipelines, and data workflows that power our platform.

We're looking for someone hands-on and pragmatic — comfortable owning backend services end-to-end, writing automation scripts, and managing databases at scale. ETL experience is a plus, but solid database management and pipeline-building skills are what matter most.

• Develop and maintain backend services written in Rust;
• Build and maintain automation scripts and pipelines in Python;
• Work with no-code automation tools (n8n) where appropriate;
• Deploy and manage workloads on Google Cloud Run;
• Design and implement event-driven workflows using Pub/Sub;
• Manage and optimize Postgres databases and BigQuery data warehouses;
• Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines;
• Collaborate with the frontend team on React-based features when needed.

• Strong backend development experience, with Rust as the primary language;
• Solid Python skills for automation, scripting, and pipeline development;
• Experience managing relational databases (Postgres or equivalent) and building ingestion pipelines;
• Working knowledge of React for frontend collaboration;
• Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end on backend and automation tasks.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience building ETL pipelines;
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, BigQuery, Pub/Sub);
• Experience with n8n or similar no-code/low-code automation platforms;
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message queues.
