We’re searching for an Affiliate Revenue Manager to drive revenue growth through high-impact partnerships, market expansion, and monetization optimization. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build and scale affiliate verticals (including TradFi), unlock new geographies, and directly influence revenue by owning commercial relationships end-to-end.
Tasks
- Reactivate dormant affiliate partnerships and renegotiate terms to secure top-tier rates and exclusive promotions
- Build and scale a TradFi affiliate vertical (forex, CFD, commodities) tailored to a growing trader audience
- Acquire and develop affiliate partnerships in high-priority geos (Japan, Indonesia, CIS)
- Maintain strong relationships with top partners, ensuring priority access to campaigns, insights, and deals
- Analyze high-value conversions to identify revenue-driving placements, traffic sources, and user segments
- Replicate and scale successful revenue patterns across geos and inventory
- Own affiliate monetization infrastructure (AdButler or similar): placements, testing, and optimization
- Run A/B tests on banners, placements, and funnels to maximize revenue per impression
- Audit and optimize affiliate funnels, placements, and conversion paths to improve CTR and EPC
- Track and analyze performance metrics (EPC, CR, RPM) and deliver actionable insights
- Produce monthly performance reports and continuously optimize partner portfolio
- Collaborate with content and product teams to improve affiliate integrations and performance
Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of experience in affiliate partnerships, deal negotiation, and revenue optimization
- Have a proven track record working with CPA, RevShare, and hybrid models
- Bring an existing network of affiliate managers (crypto, brokers, or finance platforms), ideally across Japan, Indonesia, CIS, or TradFi
- Are experienced with affiliate platforms (Impact, Tune/HasOffers, Awin, Cellxpert, RevenueLab, etc.)
- Have hands-on experience with ad operations, banner testing, and placement-level optimization
- Are highly data-driven, confident working with EPC, CR, RPM, and unit economics
- Understand crypto, forex, and traditional finance markets
- Have basic SEO awareness and can identify performance gaps and brief content improvements
- Are comfortable working with WordPress or similar CMS
- Use AI tools (LLMs) to enhance outreach, analysis, and workflows
- Are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Are curious, proactive, and adaptable, always eager to learn
- Focus on solutions and results rather than just identifying problems
- Have a strong interest in crypto, blockchain, and Web3
