We are currently looking for an Administrative and Financial Assistant, with at least 3 years of experience, to join one of the largest global spirits multinational within the Finance team in the Technology department. We are looking for an organized person, with excellent level of bilingual or native English, to support the administrative management of the department and facilitate the coordination of essential processes.

📍 Location: Madrid, Spain

🕒 Schedule: Part-time (in-person three days per week, hybrid model). Preferred morning availability.

Tareas

Responsibilities:

✔ Organize meetings and prepare meeting minutes.

✔ Coordinate presentations and follow up on billing issues.

✔ Managing payments, reviewing invoices, and communicating with suppliers and customers.

✔ Use digital tools (Microsoft Office, video conferencing, document management).

✔ Verify information and accuracy of documents and administrative processes.

✔ Work with the team to ensure successful meetings and presentations.

Requisitos

Requirements:

Must be a bilingual or native English speaker with a high level of Spanish proficiency.

✅ Clarity in oral and written expression, synthesis and interpersonal skills.

✅ Proficiency with digital tools and Microsoft Office.

✅ Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
