Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Tunis Time), including a 1-hour break. Overtime may be required depending on operational needs.

Role Overview

The Operations Associate supports the coordination and execution of operational activities related to telecom testing resources and internal operations.

This role focuses on operational tracking, coordination, documentation, and structured follow-up of requests and internal processes. The Operations Associate helps ensure that operational workflows run efficiently and that information remains accurate and organized across teams.

The role requires strong attention to detail, structured working habits, and the ability to manage operational tasks reliably in a fully remote environment.

Tasks

Operational Coordination

  • Support daily operational activities related to telecom testing resources and internal processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational tasks are completed on time.
  • Track operational requests and ensure proper follow-up.

Resource and Task Tracking

  • Maintain accurate tracking of operational resources and tasks using spreadsheets or internal tools.
  • Monitor operational activity and ensure records remain up to date.
  • Maintain organized operational documentation.

Ticket and Request Management

  • Review incoming operational requests and ensure they are properly documented.
  • Communicate with internal teams to clarify requests and ensure completion.
  • Ensure that all actions taken are clearly documented.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Assist in preparing operational reports and summaries.
  • Maintain structured documentation related to operational processes.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of internal operational records.

Coordination with Teams

  • Work closely with operations, project, and technical teams.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and operational priorities.
  • Help ensure smooth coordination of operational activities across teams.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Professional proficiency in French (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in operations, administration, customer support, or coordination roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and appropriate home working setup.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in telecom, IT, or technical service environments.
  • Experience with operational tracking or reporting.
  • Experience working in international or remote teams.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems or operational support tools.
