Location: Fully Remote (Based in Tunisia)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Department: People and Culture
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Tunis Time), including a 1-hour break. Overtime may be required depending on operational needs.

Benefits: Paid annual leave and public holidays in accordance with Tunisian labor law and company policy.

Role Overview

The Executive Coordinator plays a central role in supporting the operational efficiency of leadership and internal teams.

This role focuses on organization, coordination, and follow-up across multiple operational activities. The Executive Coordinator ensures that information flows efficiently between teams, that priorities are tracked, and that key operational tasks are executed in a structured manner.

The position requires strong organizational skills, clear written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a remote environment.

This role is well suited for professionals who are highly structured, proactive, and comfortable working closely with leadership to maintain operational clarity and execution.

Tasks

Executive Coordination

  • Manage executive calendars and coordinate meetings across different time zones.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and documentation required for leadership discussions.
  • Ensure meeting outcomes are documented and action items are tracked.

Operational Follow-Up

  • Track ongoing initiatives, internal tasks, and deadlines across different teams.
  • Follow up with responsible stakeholders to ensure that operational priorities remain on schedule.
  • Support leadership in maintaining operational visibility across projects and internal activities.

Documentation and Organization

  • Maintain organized documentation across shared digital workspaces.
  • Ensure that important operational information, processes, and reports remain accessible and properly structured.
  • Assist in preparing internal reports and operational summaries.

Administrative and Operational Support

  • Assist with operational coordination tasks across internal departments.
  • Support leadership with administrative follow-up related to ongoing initiatives, reporting, and internal processes.
  • Contribute to improving internal workflows and organizational efficiency.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in administration, executive support, or operational coordination roles.
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Professional proficiency in French (written and spoken).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and appropriate home working setup.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in international or remote organizations.
  • Exposure to operational coordination, reporting, or executive support environments.
  • Experience working with structured processes and documentation.
  • Comfort coordinating across multiple teams and time zones.
