The Role: Flexible, On-Demand Operational Support

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Local Support Assistant in Singapore to provide essential on-site operational support at our local office. This is not a full-time or part-time employee position.

  • This is a freelance, on-demand engagement.
  • Work is sporadic and scheduled in advance based on operational needs (e.g., specific days for shipments, inventory checks).
  • There are no fixed or guaranteed weekly hours.
  • You will be contacted for specific tasks or interventions as they arise, typically during standard Monday-Friday business hours in Singapore.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shipment Coordination: Prepare, document, and track all office shipments (incoming/outgoing) with carriers like DHL/FedEx.
  • Inventory Management: Perform scheduled checks of office equipment and supplies, maintaining accurate digital records.
  • On-Site Point of Contact: Be the go-to person for pre-scheduled support tasks, liaising with internal teams and external vendors to resolve logistical or minor technical issues.

Requirements

You Are a Great Fit If You:

  • Have excellent availability and flexibility for sporadic, pre-scheduled assignments.
  • Are highly detail-oriented and proactive in managing tasks from start to finish.
  • Possess basic technical aptitude for office equipment and IT troubleshooting.
  • Have strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Have prior experience in logistics, administration, or support roles (a plus, but not mandatory).
