Your Opportunity

Ready to move from project coordination to true project ownership? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our international delivery team. This isn't just a support role; it's your launchpad. You’ll be entrusted with real client projects from day one, gaining hands-on experience in global project delivery while being mentored by our senior leadership.

You will be the operational heartbeat of your projects, ensuring they run smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard. If you’re energized by solving puzzles, fostering team collaboration, and building a career in a dynamic, global company, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

• Lead & Execute: Develop project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive tasks to completion for assigned projects.
• Be the Communication Hub: Facilitate key meetings and deliver clear, concise reports to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
• Anticipate & Solve: Proactively identify risks and issues, managing them within your scope and escalating when needed.
• Own Client Relationships: Serve as a primary point of contact, managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Ensure Quality: Maintain impeccable project documentation and support validation processes to guarantee flawless delivery.

What You Bring (Requirements):

• A university degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of practical experience in project coordination, a PMO, or a client-facing role.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a self-starter attitude perfect for remote work.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PPT).
• Comfort collaborating with international teams across different time zones.
• A reliable home office setup and are based in Lebanon.
