The Role

We are seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition & Outsourcing Officer to join our HR team. This role is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who wants hands-on experience in international recruitment and outsourcing operations.

You will work under guidance from senior HR leaders to support end-to-end recruitment, candidate management, and outsourcing operations across multiple regions. This is a fully remote position based in Tunisia.

Tasks

Your Mission

You will help attract, assess, and onboard talent while supporting the smooth coordination of outsourcing operations. Your responsibilities include:

1. Talent Sourcing & Outreach

  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
  • Draft and publish engaging job descriptions tailored to different markets.
  • Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

2. Candidate Management

  • Maintain organized candidate pipelines in our ATS.
  • Communicate consistently and professionally with candidates throughout the process.
  • Assist with assessments, interviews, and feedback collection.

3. Outsourcing Coordination

  • Support the preparation of client-facing talent reports.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, contracting, and compliance for outsourced hires.
  • Maintain proper documentation for international recruitment.

4. Stakeholder Communication

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and pipeline health.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and improve candidate experience.

5. Process Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Assist in refining recruitment workflows, templates, and reporting.
  • Gather market insights and salary benchmarking data.
  • Ensure data accuracy and support HR metrics tracking.

Requirements

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, HR coordination, or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals) and ATS systems.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks remotely.
  • Based in Tunisia with a reliable internet connection.
  • Culturally sensitive and comfortable working with international teams.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to IT/telecom recruitment or technical roles.
  • Experience in outsourcing, agency recruitment, or international HR operations.
  • Knowledge of employment regulations in Tunisia and/or MENA markets.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about global talent trends and HR technology.
  • Demonstrates ownership and independent problem-solving.
