Job Overview
As a Finance Assistant at Azurreo, you will play a key role in supporting our finance operations across multiple international projects. You will assist in processing invoices, managing payments, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
This position is well-suited for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with numbers, ensuring accuracy in financial data, and contributing to efficient financial processes in a global, fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with the Finance Team and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance with company policies and standards.
Tasks
Accounts Payable & Vendor Management
- Process and verify vendor invoices from multiple channels.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of payments.
- Maintain up-to-date vendor records and payment schedules.
Reconciliation & Reporting
- Perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare and maintain accounting documentation for audits.
- Support the preparation of internal financial reports and analysis.
Financial Administration
- Verify and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy.
- Organize and update financial documentation and records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial procedures.
Requirements
Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software.
- Fluency in English (C1) and French (B2+); Arabic is a plus.
- Based in Tunisia with a reliable remote work setup.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred
- Experience in an international or remote work environment.
- Knowledge of multi-currency transactions and digital payment systems.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
