The Opportunity: Your Role as a Technical Support Coordinator
We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and technically-minded professional based in Syria to join our international Helpdesk team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for global telecom clients, providing fast, accurate, and effective support for technical issues. You will help troubleshoot network and software problems, manage incident tickets, and maintain clear communication with both internal teams and external clients.
This is a fully remote position, perfect for individuals eager to develop their career in technical support within an international and fast-paced environment.
Tasks
- Technical Support: Provide Tier 1 assistance via email, chat, and phone for network, software, and server-related issues. Troubleshoot DNS, SSL, FTP, and other network protocols.
- Incident Management: Log, track, and manage support tickets in internal systems; escalate unresolved issues with detailed diagnostic information.
- Client Communication: Maintain clear, proactive, and professional communication with international clients during issue resolution.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to internal knowledge bases and documentation; identify recurring problems and suggest practical improvements.
- Project & Task Tracking: Support internal projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are followed and tracked efficiently.
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves):
- 1–2 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or telecom/IT infrastructure roles.
- Strong technical understanding — familiarity with networking concepts, software, and basic IT troubleshooting.
- Proficient in CRM systems, ticketing tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Based in Syria with a reliable remote work setup.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent.
- Experience with telecom systems (VoIP, 5G, SD-WAN).
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Strong internet research skills and a curiosity for learning new technical tools and systems.
