Position Overview

We seek a technically proficient Customer Support Coordinator to serve as primary liaison for global telecom clients, ensuring rapid resolution of complex technical issues while enhancing customer satisfaction in a fully remote environment.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support Delivery

  • Provide Tier 1 support via phone/email/chat for server/network/software issues
  • Troubleshoot DNS, SSL, FTP, and network protocol configurations
  • Guide customers through technical solutions and system installations

Incident Management

  • Document all interactions in CRM systems with technical accuracy
  • Escalate unresolved issues with comprehensive diagnostics
  • Maintain proactive customer communication during resolution cycles

Process Improvement

  • Contribute to knowledge base development and internal documentation
  • Identify service improvement opportunities through trend analysis
  • Participate in workflow optimization initiatives

Requirements

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's in IT, Telecom, or Computer Science
  • 2+ years technical support experience (telecom/IT infrastructure)
  • Technical proficiency:
  • Network protocols (DNS/SSL/FTP)
  • CRM platforms
  • Remote support tools
  • Fluent English (verbal/written)
  • Lebanon-based remote setup

Preferred Attributes

  • Certifications: CCNA, CompTIA Network+
  • Experience with telecom systems (VoIP, 5G, SD-WAN)
  • Arabic and English language proficiency
  • Flexibility for occasional off-hours support
