Position Overview
We seek a technically proficient Customer Support Coordinator to serve as primary liaison for global telecom clients, ensuring rapid resolution of complex technical issues while enhancing customer satisfaction in a fully remote environment.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support Delivery
- Provide Tier 1 support via phone/email/chat for server/network/software issues
- Troubleshoot DNS, SSL, FTP, and network protocol configurations
- Guide customers through technical solutions and system installations
Incident Management
- Document all interactions in CRM systems with technical accuracy
- Escalate unresolved issues with comprehensive diagnostics
- Maintain proactive customer communication during resolution cycles
Process Improvement
- Contribute to knowledge base development and internal documentation
- Identify service improvement opportunities through trend analysis
- Participate in workflow optimization initiatives
Requirements
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's in IT, Telecom, or Computer Science
- 2+ years technical support experience (telecom/IT infrastructure)
- Technical proficiency:
- Network protocols (DNS/SSL/FTP)
- CRM platforms
- Remote support tools
- Fluent English (verbal/written)
- Lebanon-based remote setup
Preferred Attributes
- Certifications: CCNA, CompTIA Network+
- Experience with telecom systems (VoIP, 5G, SD-WAN)
- Arabic and English language proficiency
- Flexibility for occasional off-hours support
