**Position Summary**

We are looking for a **Customer Support Coordinator** to serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and technical issues. You will provide expert remote assistance, coordinate solutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role is perfect for IT professionals seeking growth in a dynamic, global work environment.

## Tasks

*   Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat 
*   Troubleshoot server configurations, software installations, and network performance issues 
*   Clearly communicate technical solutions to non-technical users 
*   Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams and ensure timely follow-up 
*   Assist in configuring software for new customer deployments 
*   Maintain accurate records of support interactions in the CRM system 
*   Contribute to FAQs, internal documentation, and knowledge base articles 
*   Participate in training sessions and process improvement initiatives 
*   Analyze recurring support issues and recommend service enhancements

## Requirements

**_Required_** 

*   Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field 
*   1–2 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or network support 
*   Experience in telecom, networking, or client-facing technical environments 
*   Proficient in server troubleshooting, CRM systems, and remote support tools 
*   Solid understanding of basic network protocols (DNS, SSL, FTP) 

**_Preferred_** 

*   Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) 
*   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 
*   Ability to simplify complex technical issues for end-users 
*   Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple support requests 
*   Comfortable working across various time zones
