Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our remote team. This full-time position, based in Tunisia, is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is comfortable juggling multiple administrative tasks, and is eager to contribute to the efficiency and growth of a global organization.

Tasks

  • Shipment Coordination: Manage and track company shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Contract Management: Organize, review, and maintain critical documents and contracts.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate international travel bookings and logistics for team members.
  • Expense Monitoring: Support finance by tracking expenses and maintaining dashboards.
  • Administrative Support: Handle general office duties including document filing, data entry, and internal coordination.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

Experience: At least 2 years in an administrative role involving coordination and documentation.

Languages:

  • English: Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate (B1–B2).
  • French: Advanced (C1).

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication in both English and French.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital admin tools.
