We envision a world where Medical Information evolves with the pace of evidence generation and build tools to empower our customers to optimize their interactions with health care professionals and patients.
We are looking for a talented Account Executive with a background in Medical Information to drive customer projects with our customers.
Tasks
You will guide our customers from pilot projects to full implementation and ultimately, successful deal closure. This role is ideal for someone who has extensive experience in Medical Affairs and can leverage that expertise to help customers succeed.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, engaging with executives to establish projects, drive deals, and build long-term partnerships
- Scope and execute the implementation of our software platform, setting timelines, managing deliverables, and driving project success from initiation to deal signature
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including product and go-to-market, to ensure seamless onboarding, integration, and ongoing customer satisfaction
- Facilitate various assessment processes, such as IT security and compliance assessments, while aligning our solutions to customers' needs
- Build business cases and proposals in collaboration with the AVAYL leadership
- Actively shape the customer journey and continuously optimize the customer experience in collaboration with the product and go-to-market team
- Create and optimize standardised content for each stage and stakeholder of a project
Requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management within executive settings, demonstrating a strong ability to plan, coordinate, and execute projects while effectively building and maintaining lasting client relationships.
- 2+ years in Medical Information or a similar function within pharmaceutical or life sciences, with deep knowledge of Medical Information processes and industry standards
- Ability to translate customer challenges into solutions, building trust, nurturing client partnerships, and driving deals to closure
- Strong foundation in planning, coordinating, and executing projects, with a proven ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
- Excellent communicator capable of turning complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for clients
- Nice to Have: Prior experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or client-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
