🤜🤛 Who we are: AvaHome is a B2B SaaS start-up in the hospitality industry. We are two repeat founders who met at Station F in June 2025. Alan Chevillard has been a superhost for 9 years on 45 Airbnbs and manages the product and tech side of the business. Simon Bigot owns a €2 million PropCo and manages sales and growth.
🫵 Our vision: To free property owners and concierge services from repetitive tasks so they can focus on growth and customer experience. With just one click, we integrate all platforms (Airbnb, Booking, WhatsApp, SMS, calls) and create seamless hospitality, 24/7. Travellers enjoy a flawless, frictionless experience.
🚀 Our traction: In 60 days, we went from 0 to 1,000 listings, with 50 concierge service clients.
Mission
✨ Our mission: To build the first AI Host for short-term rental management. Our agent Ava automates concierge and manager operations: guest communication, cleaning, maintenance, check-in, deposits, and billing.
