• Ensuring the airworthiness of our gyrocopters in accordance with applicable regulations and standards
• Identifying, analysing and rectifying technical defects on gyrocopters
• Carrying out inspections, tests and maintenance approvals
• Preparing and managing technical documentation and processing airworthiness directives
• Liaise with authorities, suppliers and partners
• Assisting customers and maintenance partners with technical issues and problems
• Work with internal development and production teams to continuously improve product safety and reliability

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Technology or comparable technical specialisation
• Experience in airworthiness or gyrocopter technical support
• Knowledge of mechanics and engineering and an understanding of aerodynamic and structural principles
• Microlight licence or equivalent flying experience (an advantage)
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to analytically approach technical challenges
• Business fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills and enjoy direct contact with customers and maintenance partners
• Structured and independent working style and ability to work as part of a team
