As the Head of Influencer Events & Brand Experiences, you will shape the strategic development, planning, and execution of innovative event formats in the influencer space.
Your mission is to go beyond conventional sponsorships and craft holistic brand experiences where creators play a central role. By collaborating closely with creative and campaign teams, building long-term partnerships, and exploring new market opportunities, you will position Audiencly as a trailblazer in influencer-driven brand experiences.
Tasks
- Design Immersive Experiences: Develop concepts for groundbreaking events and brand worlds, including high-profile formats like “7 vs. Wild.”
- Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with top creators, brand partners, and industry stakeholders, creating sustainable collaboration models.
- Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with creative, content, and campaign teams to ensure brand experiences align perfectly with brand strategies and audience needs.
- Pitch & Present: Craft persuasive proposals, presentations, and case studies supportedby KPIs and market insights, illustrating the value of influencer events and brand worlds.
- Trends & Market Insight: Continuously monitor developments in the gaming, entertainment, and creator landscape to leverage new formats, platforms, and technologies early on.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and lead your team to achieve outstanding results, foster creativity, and facilitate individual growth.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in developing brand partnerships, sponsorships, or events, ideally focused on influencer, gaming, or entertainment contexts. (Leadership experience is a plus)
- A deep understanding of the German market and a keen interest in global trends in gaming, entertainment, and digital media.
- Strong strategic and creative skills paired with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong organizational skills to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in German and highly proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Tech-savvy, with experience in CRM or project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred.
