To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Campaign Manager - Influencer Marketing (m/f/d – fulltime ) who shares our passion for social media and its dynamics.

Tasks

  • Planning, coordination and implementation of creative campaigns: You independently manage influencer campaigns and develop ideas/concepts and accompany them through to implementation (focus platforms: YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Instagram)
  • Developing tactical campaign strategies with different budgets
  • Selection of suitable creators for collaborations with artists and influencers
  • Close collaboration with the Influencer Relations team that manages the influencer side of the campaigns
  • Advising companies on the development of influencer marketing measures on all relevant platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Evaluation of influencer campaigns – this includes campaign controlling and the creation of reports/performance analyses
  • Responsibility for the further development of approaches, systems and workflows for our customers
  • Ensuring the transfer of acquired know-how in the field of influencer marketing within our company
  • You develop (digital) ideas, formats, (content) marketing concepts and business models – with a focus on gaming and gamers
  • You visualize your ideas and present them with conviction
  • You regularly inform yourself about upcoming/trendy digital storytelling approaches (formats, ideas, challenges) and promptly incorporate this knowledge into your ideas
  • You communicate with customers at a professional level
  • You report your results regularly to management

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a university degree in media studies, marketing, communication or a comparable vocational training
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, know exactly what is important for a successful social media profile and know the relevant key figures
  • At least 2 years of experience in client (brand) contact
  • You have a high level of interest and enthusiasm for trends in the gaming and entertainment industry and have a strong understanding of social media platforms and digital applications
  • You have excellent communication and organizational skills and are able to coordinate and monitor multiple projects simultaneously and measure success using KPIs
  • You know the common (digital) project management tools and can use them
  • You have good presentation and moderation skills and are able to formulate and visualize (your) ideas
  • You are a creative mind who strives for innovation, but is always well organized, analytical and far-sighted
  • You take on responsibility and have a quick grasp of things and a high degree of initiative
  • You have excellent communication skills and a friendly, confident and committed demeanor
  • You are able and willing to handle a high workload
  • you don't mind being active on weekends (e.g. checking uploads, etc.)
  • You have perfect German and at least good English laguage skills (spoken and written)
  • You are an absolute team player who can also act on your own initiative
  • You have good MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
