We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Operations Manager to oversee our sales processes, optimize efficiency, and drive revenue growth through strategic analysis and operational excellence. As one of the earliest employees, you will play a key role in our company. You will join an international team of talented, experienced engineers, designers and ESG professionals headquartered in Berlin during a high-growth phase of our business.

Tasks

  • Vision & strategy: Partner with our Head of Growth to build and execute a comprehensive sales technology strategy and governance program that aligns with the company's long-term goals, with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and innovation. Guide the sales organization through strategic shifts and market evolution with a clear vision and adaptable plans.
  • Sales processes optimization: Streamline and enhance sales processes to boost efficiency. Assess and suggest sales technology solutions to improve productivity, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. Monitor and measure the effectiveness and ROI of sales enablement activities and investments.
  • CRM management: Supervise the implementation and upkeep of our CRM system (HubSpot) to, ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
  • Forecasting and reporting: Develop and uphold precise sales forecasts to guide strategic decision-making. Generate and update regular sales reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics and performance indicators.

Requirements

  • You are experienced: You have 3+ years of experience in sales operations in a SaaS environment. You have a strong understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • You are analytical: You have strong analytical skills and are proficient in data analysis and reporting, with experience with sales forecasting and CRM management, including with Hubspot.
  • You are entrepreneurial: You are results-driven and thrive in a startup environment. You have an understanding of core business priorities and KPIs to achieve. You think creatively, are solution-oriented, adaptable to change, and have a drive for continuous innovation.
  • You lead: You have excellent communication skills and are experienced in working in a remote-first environment with a distributed team.

Candidates must be fluent in English. Fluency in German is a plus.
